As part of the field research activities under the project, Dr. Mandić visited Marina Baotić in Seget Donji on the 4th of July 2016. The management of the marina expressed their interest in the cooperation on the project. During the visit to the Marina Baotić, Dr. Nikola Mandić also participated in the professional training of the Marina's staff that was conducted by attorney Mićo Ljubenko who also participates on the project as an external professional collaborator. This proved to be useful for the gathering of the practical knowledge and experience related to the legal implications of the marina operators' business and activity, especially in respect of the marina operator's liability for the vessels on berth.
